1. Who we are

Aivoin is a product and brand operated by Uovo Labs Oy. In these terms, “Aivoin”, “Uovo Labs”, “we”, “our”, and “us” all refer to Uovo Labs Oy.

2. The service

Aivoin is designed to help organisations deliver practical AI literacy training, track completions, and generate Training Records.

The service may include a public website, a beta signup flow, magic link access, learner flows, admin flows, downloadable records, and related support communications.

3. Eligibility and acceptable use

You may use Aivoin only for lawful purposes and only if you have the authority to act for yourself or your organisation.

  • Use accurate, current information when signing up or using the service.
  • Use a work email address when the service asks for one.
  • Do not use Aivoin to break the law or infringe another person’s rights.
  • Do not probe, scan, reverse engineer, or try to bypass security controls.
  • Do not upload malicious code, spam, or misleading content.
  • Do not use the service in a way that harms availability for others.

4. Beta signup, magic links, and access

Access to Aivoin may be provided through beta invites, company links, and personal magic links. You are responsible for keeping those links secure and for not sharing personal access links with unauthorised people.

If you administer access for your organisation, you are responsible for deciding who should receive access and for making sure the people you invite are allowed to use the service on your organisation’s behalf.

We may limit, suspend, or refuse access where we detect abuse, unusual traffic, security risk, false information, or use outside the intended beta scope.

5. Your content and responsibilities

You keep ownership of the information you submit to Aivoin, including organisation details, learner details, completion data, and related content.

You give us a limited right to host, process, store, transmit, and display that information only as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the service.

You are responsible for making sure you have a valid basis to share any personal data or other material with us.

6. Compliance support, not legal advice

Aivoin is built to support organisations with AI literacy training and related records. It is not a law firm, and nothing in the service is legal advice.

Using Aivoin does not guarantee that your organisation is compliant with the EU AI Act or any other law. You remain responsible for your own legal and compliance decisions.

7. Fees and beta status

The current beta may be offered free of charge. We may introduce paid plans, plan limits, or usage caps later. If we do, we will present the updated pricing before charging you.

Beta features may change, be withdrawn, or remain incomplete. You should not rely on the beta as your only business-critical compliance system.

8. Availability and changes

We try to keep Aivoin available and secure, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, improve, pause, or remove features at any time, especially during beta.

9. Intellectual property

We own or license the software, design, branding, text, and other parts of Aivoin, except for content you provide. These terms do not give you ownership of our intellectual property.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aivoin is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not give warranties that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every use case.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uovo Labs Oy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, or data.

If we are found liable despite the exclusions above, our total liability for claims related to Aivoin is limited to the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months before the claim arose, or EUR 100 if you paid nothing.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Aivoin at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, create security risk, misuse the service, or if we decide to close the beta or the service.
